This story involves one of our Elev8 FANgineers™—our on-the-ground student workers, trained in the Colonnade way of delivering exceptional game day service.
At the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, UNC junior and Colonnade FANgineers™, Adam Williams, works in the Touchdown Club. A premium ticket holder wrote in and described Adam’s performance like this:
“His individual efforts have really been the icing on the cake of our experience in the Touchdown Club. He goes out of his way to interact with members (and our kids), making sure that they are completely happy at all times. From making sure my nephews had stools so they could see over the wall during the Cal game to procuring sunscreen for me during Louisville to remembering all of our names and welcoming us back for Duke—he’s awesome. I know he’s looking for internship opportunities and his major is Sports Administration. I have no doubt that if y’all give him an opportunity, his effort won’t disappoint you.”
According to Gabi Moreno, Director of Carolina Athletic Hospitality, “Adam goes above and beyond what we ask of our FANgineers™. He has taken his previous experience in the hospitality field and applied it to his position in the Touchdown Club. He is an absolutely wonderful worker who is passionate about creating the best possible game day experience for our fans. The Touchdown Club is part of the Field Level Terrace, which is only in its second year of operation. With it only being year two, Adam and the entire staff has to roll with last minute changes pretty much every game. They all do this without hesitation, while applying the Colonnade PEAK guidelines of customer service. They deserve all the kudos!”
