There are no time-outs in this build.

Next month, Colonnade’s Venu+ team will embark on its twelfth year of building out the Final Four seating structure at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, and they’re challenged this year by having half the usual time to finish the project. With a tight build-out timeline and no margin for error, our team has used its preparation time to maximize efficiencies so that when the time comes to lock and load (and unload 100 trucks, that is), we’ll be ready to go on-site.

An advance site visit of Mercedes-Benz Stadium with the crew allowed the team to visualize the space and finalize a plan of attack for one of the largest and fastest builds to date for Colonnade. Our warehouse team reorganized inventory to clear 6,000 square feet of real estate for staging the inbound and outbound trucks. Members of our team have other tricks up their sleeves to accomplish this whirlwind build, but the most artistic one we can share? Color coding. Everything. Down to the pallet jacks. No can of spray paint is safe. Here’s a look at Colonnade’s version of color by numbers.
